Data management plan - masterclass

Data management plan - masterclass In-Person

Place: You will get an outlook invitation with room number before the course

Where do you keep your research data so that they are available at least five years after your project has ended? How do you manage copyright and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) issues in relation to your data? How do you share your data in a safe environment when collaborating with (inter)national partners? How will you manage access and security?

A Data Management Plan (DMP) addresses all of these questions and more to make sure that you handle your research data responsibly, i.e. scientifically, technically (e.g. secure storage/back-up), legally and ethically throughout the research project and beyond.

In this DMP masterclass, you will learn how to write a DMP targeted your research project. You will get acquainted with the key concepts in research data management, RUC requirements regarding data management, and where to receive further support at RUC in case of specific research project related questions.

If you are planning to apply for funding from funders that require applicants to complete a DMP, you might also be interested in joining this DMP masterclass.
